The children have been working so hard this week and have really launched themselves into their learning. We have split into our maths groups and have been revising the key concepts of addition and subtraction. In English, the children have produced some fantastic writing to describe the setting, character and atmosphere. For Sparrowhawks, the afternoons have been filled with swimming and the children are having great fun. For Golden Eagles, they have been using a range of shading pencils to draw the animals of the Amazon, whilst also researching why the Amazon is so vital for some many different species. 
It has been a very busy week and the children are certainly working hard, so please find some time to rest over the weekend. We hope to as well!
