Here are some pictures of our trip to the Victorian Schools Museum. We had a fantastic time at the museum and it was a great opportunity to learn lots of information about the Victorians. We took part if a Toy Workshop, where we explored playing with lots of Victorian toys and made our own Victorian toy. We also had an opportunity to take part in a Victorian lesson, where we investigated the 'Three R's', which were 'Reading, Arithmetic and Writing.' We also learnt about punishment at Victorian schools, such as the cane and the dunce hat. We decided we definitely prefer life at HCFS!
