I cannot believe that we have finished our Second term of learning and my time as Woodpeckers class teacher has now come to an end. The children have had a brilliant term and continue to grow every day in their learning becoming fantastic learners in the curriculum areas. I am sure that they will continue to strive with any challenge in front of them. They are truly a great bunch of children.
Thank you to all the parents that came along yesterday to our Science talk. The children had a fantastic week and managed to see the rocket blast off in front of their eyes!
Please follow the below link to our Special Science Week Newsletter and the homework activities for the Easter break. The children certainly deserve a break, but I know that they will also be eager to continue their learning over the holiday.
You will see that we have set some special Science Week homework for the holidays. As stated, please do use the following website for investigation inspiration:
Today, I have sent home the children's PE kits for a freshen up over the Easter break. Please do ensue that all of your children's belongings are packed back into their PE kit for the return to school, with both their indoor and outdoor kit.
Mr Holmes looks forward to seeing the children back in school on Wednesday 19th April 2017 at 8:30am.
Have a wonderful Easter break with your incredible children.
